HSBC - $1 Treats (1 - 31 Mar)

General terms and conditions of HSBC S$1 Treats
1. This promotion is valid from 1 March to 31 March 2006.
2. A minimum spend of S$30 entitles the cardholder to a S$1 treat.
3. Cardholders must charge the minimum amount in a single receipt.
4. All S$1 redemption items must be paid for with the HSBC credit card.
5. HSBC will track spending and impose a penalty of S$20 to the cardholder's account when a redemption is made but minimum spend is not fulfilled.
6. Only original charge slips for purchases from 1 March 2006 to 31 March 2006 will be accepted. Charge slips can only be used once to qualify for one SMS redemption.
7. The charge slip can be used to redeem the treats either on the date of purchase or on the next day with the SMS on the date of redemption.
8. Only physical charge slips will be accepted. All online purchases are not eligible.
9. Charge slips of foreign spend are not eligible.
10. Charge slips dated 31 March 2006 are not applicable for redemption on 1 April 2006
11. Each SMS is to be used only for one treat, per HSBC cardholder, per day.
12. SMS codes are valid for use only on the day of receiving the SMS.
13. SMSes are not transferable to other cardholders.
14. Sending and receiving of SMSes are telco-dependent. HSBC will not accept any responsibility for non-receipt of return SMS.
15. There will be no replacement SMS for any deleted SMS response to the cardholder.
16. The SMSes are not exchangeable for cash and are not valid with any other discounts, promotions or special offers.
17. Both main and supplementary cardholders are allowed to participate in this programme.
18. Only the use of HSBC Platinum Visa, Premier MasterCard, Classic/Gold Visa, Classic/Gold MasterCard. Care For Nature MasterCard and The Choice Card are eligible for participation in this programme.
19. HSBC US dollar cards, Corporate Credit and Corporate Debit cards are not eligible for the promotion.
20. All available S$1 redemption items are on a while-stocks-last basis and HSBC will not be liable for any unavailable items at the participating merchants.
21. HSBC reserves the right to change the items without notifying the customers.
22. HSBC reserves the right to change any terms and conditions without prior notice given. In the case of a dispute, HSBC's decision will be final.
