Here’s how you can redeem your guaranteed gifts:

Redeem your Délifrance set meal* worth S$7.90
*Key in “HSBC16-digit card number amount charged” and send to 9184 2000. A set meal can be redeemed daily between 24 November and 31 December 2005, provided the minimum spend of S$150 in a single receipt is met.
*Get redemption code by return SMS.
*Produce the redemption code at participating Délifrance outlets except Délifrance Bake-offs and Express Corners at selected On The Run, Tiger Mart, Mobil Mart, NTUC Fair Price Express and Cheers.


Redeem your CK watch worth more than S$200
*Redemption begins 1 January 2006.
*Key in “HSBC16-digit HSBC card number amount charged” and send to 9184 2000. A minimum accumulated spend of S$2,000 from 1 November to 31 December 2005 is required.
*Get redemption venue and date by return SMS by end of January 2006.

Terms & conditions of Guaranteed Gift programme:
1.
This programme is only valid for HSBC Visa and MasterCard Credit Card (not including MasterCard Electronic Card) issued by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (“HSBC”) in Singapore.
2.
Cardholders can participate in both the redemption of the Délifrance set meal and CK Watch.
3.
Redemption of Délifrance set meal:
•
Cardholders are limited to a redemption of one set meal per day with a minimum spend in a single receipt of S$150 charged to their HSBC credit cards on the day of redemption during the promotion period between 24 November and 31 December 2005. (Inclusive of both dates)

Should there be multiple redemptions with the same authentication code or insufficient minimum spend (i.e. S$149.99), cardholders will be charged a penalty amount of S$20 per set meal redeemed.
•
Redemption is available while stocks last.
4.
Redemption of CK Watch:
•
Each main cardholder is only limited to one redemption of a CK watch with a minimum spend of S$2,000 accumulated in their HSBC credit cards during the promotion period between 1 November and 31 December 2005. (Inclusive of both dates)
•
Registration of redemption will start 1 to 5 January 2006 via sms. Authentication code required for collection of the gift will be given via sms by end of January 2006. All gifts will have to be redeemed within one month from the date of authentication code send through sms. Latecomers will not be entertained.
•
Should there be any multiple redemptions with the same authentication code or insufficient minimum spend (i.e. S$1999.99), the cardholder will be charged with a retail price of the item redeemed.
•
Redemption of the CK watch is limited to the first 800 cardholders who send in an sms for the redemption after fulfilling the minimum spend of S$2,000 with their HSBC credit card. First come first served based on time of sms received.
5.
Gifts redeemed cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or services.
6.
Cardholders are responsible for the abuse of the given authentication code by any other party. Cardholders are advised to delete the sms upon redemption.
7.
All participating outlets reserve the right to replace complimentary items with another item of similar value.
8.
HSBC is not a supplier of the goods and services and will not accept any liability in relation thereto.
9.
HSBC shall not be responsible for injury, pain, loss or damages suffered by any cardholder in connection with any of the goods and services offered in this programme.
10.
HSBC reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions at any time at its discretion without notice.
11.
In case of any dispute, the decision of HSBC and respective merchants shall be final.
